Qi Gong 18 form is a basic Qi Gong, which combines 18 exercises covering all major Qi Gong exercises.
It is an easy to learn form that even beginners can easily learn.
The exercises include important Qi Gong principles which are: breathing, stretching, balance training, meridians and joints open up and generating earth Qi.
For each exercise there is also a partner exercise that allows to experience the effect of the exercise .
The first DVD contains the total form as well as every single exercise in detail. The second DVD contains the partner exercises.
